The ingredients for this chilli con carne have been carefully chosen to be loaded with tasty healthy beans along with quality swiss swiss beef that we have cut coursely giving the meal a beautifully smooth texture.  You will not find any fine dry supermarket mince in this Chilli.  We make our own passata and have created an eklektik mix of spices and flavours - ok we will give you a hint - the cloves and the cardamom outwit the chilli, so the dish melts in your mouth rather than burns in it
